Reflections is a collection of prayers and essays on diverse subjects, including thankfullness, faithfulness, and grace. Each reflection is intended, in some small way, to help build an infrastructure of hope and meaning; to form within us the strength to weather life's sorrows and and celebrate joys.

Thankfulness is redemptive. And prayerfulness helps us to get through each day. Prayers in this section include: Prayer of Thanksgiving for Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow and The Trust Prayer and the Glory Prayer, and reflection. 40 Breaths of Gratitude is a practice to help thankfulness take root in our lives.
The joy's and difficulties of daily life are plentiful. The key is to seek meaning and to integrate wisdom. Prayers and essays here include: Praying for light, love, and guidance during difficult times. Saving Christmas is an essay about two young boys, both ill at Christmastime, and what simple acts of compassion made a big difference.
Each of us has been blessed with mentors, some of them are our own mothers. Essays in this section memorialize great women of faith, women who have shown us the way to live and to love. Essays include: A Mother's Love
When illness strikes or life's sorrows abound, it's difficult to feel the presence of a loving God. Where are the other nine? takes a look at the Passion of Jesus, and how, of all the apostles, only John accompanied the Lord at the foot of his cross. This reflection challenges each of us to accompany the ill, suffering, and grieving on their crosses, never abandoning those in need.
